Return Policy

Because the product is handmade, does not support casual returns and exchanges, so any questions before ordering, please consult clearly online customer service before buying.

If the product is unavailable for 7 days from the date of delivery, then after our verification, the problem will be solved for you as appropriate.Return requests after the 7-day period has expired will not be accepted.

1、Unsupported scenarios include：

  • The item doesn't match your style preferences.
  • You've changed your mind about the purchase.
  • The jewelry doesn't fit as expected.

2、Product size is not suitable：

You may return a product for up to 7 days from the date of delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Refunds  will be processed upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.

If you choose to return your item(s), shipping fees will not be refunded.The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Items returned without an RMA （Return Merchandise Authorization）will not be accepted.

3、Undelivered Packages Due to Incorrect Addresses:

Once a package is handed over to your national carrier, Lucky Glow is not responsible for delivery issues. Please verify the shipping address before submitting your order, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are undelivered or returned due to incorrect addresses.

4、Cancellation Policy：

Within 5 hours of placing an order, if you do not want to purchase, we can accept cancellations.

Orders canceled after 5 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Orders in transit cannot be canceled or refunded. Delays caused by external factors or carrier logistics issues are not eligible for refunds.

5、Commodity photos are professional photographers after shooting and post-correction adjustments, try to maintain consistency with the reality of the goods.

 However, due to lighting, monitor color deviation and personal understanding of color varies, resulting in a small number of physical objects may be color difference with the photo, in addition to the product is handmade, more or less will leave traces of handmade, such as unacceptable, please be careful when buying.

 The color will be based on the actual goods, thank you for your understanding! If so return for a refund, this side is not accepted.
